Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made more than 14 days prior to your reserved arrival day during low season (October 16th through April 30th) will receive a full refund.


Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to your reserved arrival day during high season (May 1st through October 15th), the Christmas holidays (December 16th through January 2nd), or for any number of rooms booked 4 or more nights, will receive a full refund. Reservations cancelled within the cancellation window are ineligible for a refund. We encourage you to consider trip insurance from a variety of vendors.

Payment

A credit card number is required to hold your reservation at the time it is made. Visa, Discover, MasterCard, and American Express are welcome. Payment using the card of your choice or cash is made during your stay. Bookings of 4 or more nights will be charged to the card holding the reservation 30 days prior to your arrival.
